Serious Pimp, the leading hip-hop apparel, sunglasses and accessories company co-founded by entertainment icon Snoop Dogg, has partnered with Academy Award®-winning Hip-Hop artists Three 6 Mafia to create a new apparel line, it was announced today by Damian Kutzner, CEO of Serious Pimp.

Three 6 Mafia and Serious Pimp recently unveiled the first limited-edition t-shirt featuring Swarovski Crystal by artist Mark Nicholas, who has specialized in garment design for leading musicians and entertainers for more than a decade. The limited edition t-shirts will be available on the Serious Pimp website at http://www.seriouspimp.com, where the new Three 6 Mafia product line will also be showcased and sold.

Formed in 1991 as Triple 6 Mafia, DJ Paul & Juicy J won an Academy Award for the hit song, “It’s Hard out Here for a Pimp” from the film, Hustle & Flow. The pair will work with Serious Pimp to design t-shirts, hats and sunglasses “with a Southern flair,” according to DJ Paul.

CELEBRITY JUSTCE (via TMZ): Serious Pimp claims The Situation defrauded the company out of tens of thousands of bucks.

TMZ has learned … Serious Pimp is slapping The Sitch with a lawsuit today, claiming the “Jersey Shore” star made a deal with the company — he would get a $25,000 advance in return for promoting a line of t-shirts on the show, Facebook, Twitter and various other places.

According to the lawsuit, The Sitch and his brother had the right to approve the t-shirt designs, but they never said yea or nay.  They simply disappeared — allegedly — and never returned the dough.

Serious Pimp planned on co-partnering with The Situation, hoping to make a bundle on the shirts, so they claim the greasy defendant should not only return the advance, the company wants lost profits as well.

BTW … Snoop Dogg endorses some of Serious Pimps’ products.

A rep for Situation’s company MPS Entertainment tells TMZ, all terms of the contract with Serious Pimp were completed and there is nothing further to discuss.
