January 29, 2010 — Known for its fervent support of MMA fighters and the sport in general, Serious Pimp is sponsoring 4 of the 12 fights listed on the card of Saturday’s STRIKEFORCE mixed martial arts (MMA) event. Airing Saturday, January 30 live on SHOWTIME (10 p.m. ET/PT), the event will be held at the BankAtlantic Center in Sunrise, Florida.

Nick Diaz takes on Strikeforce newcomer and current DREAM champion Marius Zaromskis for the Strikeforce welterweight championship in the main event.  “I’m happy to be representing the U.S. in such a big fight and will be looking to win by head kick,” said Diaz.
